JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in handling CNC, VTL, VMC, and manual lathe machine shop operations. The candidate must be willing to work in 3 rotational shifts. CTC offer is maximum 7.5 lakh / p. a. including PF, Bonus, PT & not be possible more than 7.5 lakh.
Job Location : The company is located 7 km from Vasai station and takes around 16 minutes by rickshaw. There is no company-provided pick-up/drop facility, and no separate travel allowance will be given. Expected salary should be quoted accordingly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Handle day-to-day production activities on CNC, VMC, VTL, and manual lathe machines.
2. Monitor machine operations, part quality, and ensure timely completion of production targets.
3. Set up, program, and troubleshoot machines as required.
4. Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining process sheets.
5. Maintain tools, jigs, and fixtures as per job requirements.
6. Supervise operators and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
7. Coordinate with the quality department for in-process and final inspections.
8. Maintain production records, downtime logs, and efficiency reports.
9. Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
